1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on Radhiadda.com ('Portal'), you ('User') agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. By clicking 'I Agree', you expressly confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted all terms herein in their entirety
• You are eligible to register on this Portal as per the criteria set out below
• You are a Bonafide member of the Radhi Kayastha community
• You are at least 18 years of age, or a minor registering with explicit verifiable parental/guardian consent

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of this Portal and must not complete registration.

2. Nature of Service

Radhiadda.com is a free, non-commercial, community-based digital platform operated exclusively for members of the Radhi Kayastha community. The Portal provides the following services:

• Community Networking — Connecting members across geographies
• Matrimony Facilitation — Assisting in finding suitable matrimonial matches within the community
• Culture & Heritage — Preserving and promoting Radhi Kayastha customs and traditions
• Native Roots — Documenting ancestral villages, family histories, and community origins
• Community Health Awareness — Sharing health-related knowledge and wellness initiatives
• Education Uplift Initiatives — Providing educational resources and career guidance for community members

The Portal is not a commercial service and does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from use of any service listed above.

3. User Eligibility

To register and use the Portal, you must confirm the following:

• You belong to the Radhi Kayastha community (verified by community references or ancestral documentation as requested)
• You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of India
• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate

The Advisory Board and Core Team ('Host') reserves the right to verify any registration and to reject, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion without assigning reasons.

3.1 Minor User Policy

Minors (persons below 18 years of age) may be permitted access to the Portal only under the following mandatory conditions:

• The minor's parent or legal guardian must be a registered member of the Portal
• The parent/guardian must provide explicit, verifiable consent confirming the minor's details and community membership

A 'Minor Account' will be created with the following restrictions:

• No access to Matrimony services
• No direct messaging in common community discussions
• No public profile visibility in general community windows

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

As a registered user, you agree to:

• Provide only truthful, accurate, and non-misleading information on your profile and in all interactions
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and account
• Promptly notify the Portal of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws while using the Portal

The following activities are strictly prohibited on this Portal:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or thereafter
• Using the Portal for commercial solicitation, advertising, or spam
• Engaging in harassment, intimidation, abuse, or defamatory conduct towards other users
• Uploading harmful, offensive, obscene, illegal, or copyrighted content without authorisation
• Attempting to access accounts or data of other users without authorisation
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape Portal content
• Impersonating any other person or entity
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or degrades Portal performance

5. Data Collection & Consent

By completing registration, you provide free, informed, specific, and unambiguous consent for the following:

• Collection and storage of your personal data as detailed in the Privacy Policy
• Processing of your data for the purposes of community registration, matrimony facilitation, communication, analytics, and platform security
• Use of your data for community sociology surveys and uplift programmes (in anonymised or aggregate form unless separately consented)

6. Platform Role Disclaimer

Radhiadda.com acts solely as a technology facilitator. The Portal explicitly disclaims the following:

• It does not independently verify the accuracy of 100% of user-provided information
• It does not guarantee the authenticity, identity, character, or intentions of any registered user
• It does not guarantee compatibility, suitability, or successful outcomes from matrimonial connections made through the Portal
• It does not endorse, certify, or take responsibility for any content posted by users

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Host, its Advisory Board, Core Team, and Foundation shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Portal
• Emotional, financial, reputational, or physical loss of any nature
• Disputes, disagreements, or conflicts between users arising from Portal interactions
• Matrimonial disputes, misrepresentation, or fraud by users
• Data loss or breach despite reasonable security measures being in place

The maximum aggregate liability of the Host, in any event, shall not exceed INR 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand only) or the amount paid by the user to the Portal, whichever is lower.

8. Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Host, its Advisory Board, Core Team, officers, and Foundation against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Portal, content you post, your violation of any applicable law, or legal disputes initiated by you or third parties in connection with your use of the Portal.

9. Content Ownership & Platform License

Users retain full ownership of any original content they upload to the Portal. However, by uploading content, you grant the Portal and its host a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and use the content for Portal functionality and community research.

The Portal may remove any user-generated content at any time without prior notice if it violates these Terms or any applicable law.

10. Account Termination

The Host reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account without prior notice, upon request of law enforcement, or where continued use poses a risk. Users may request deletion of their account through the 'Delete My Account' feature in their account settings.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated in Delhi / Bihar (as applicable). The parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation via the Portal's Grievance Mechanism before initiating formal legal proceedings.

12. Modifications to Terms

The Host reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on the Portal with an updated version number and effective date. Continued use of the Portal after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, the Portal will endeavour to notify registered users via email or in-Portal notifications.
